30 Braydac took me to a place to get something to eat. I was so hungry. I couldn’t remember the last time I’d eaten. It looked like a small cafeteria and brought back a memory from my childhood on Earth at the Academy, sitting with a room full of children, all eating, hardly talking, all wearing the same clothing, all the same expressions on their faces. My childhood was ordered and sterile and… boring. The food here wasn’t recognisable, but most of the goopy stuff tasted okay. It was easy on my sore throat, so I guess there was that.
