Jacob walked away, leaving Ji Yeon and Amina in the darker hallway.
“What is this?” asked Amina, crossing her arms. “What do you want to talk about?”
Ji Yeon looked hesitant for a moment, but then took a deep breath. “Amina, I have to be honest. I've been thinking about this since we all got stuck here.”
Amina furrowed her brows, confused. “What do you mean?”
Ji Yeon stepped closer, looking at Amina with eyes full of emotion. “I know this might not be the right time or place, but I can no longer keep this to myself. I... I like you, Amina.”
