A lady dressed in a white robe with phoenix embroidery on the back sat under the cherry blossom tree. She enjoyed the breeze that kissed her face for a moment while looking at old small parchments on the wooden desk in front of her.
She looked at the parchments carefully.
There were 2 names that written on it.
"Lily Kang."
Then she read another parchment. She knew that it might be new for all the universe. But she knew that they were the right pair for each other. She looked at it once again hesitantly.
She took a deep breath.
"Ah. Just let it be."
She pulled out the red threat from her pocket. Then she tied the knot between the two parchment.
"Matched from heaven."
As soon as she tied the knot, the red threat suddenly vanished into the air and left a pink cloud then disappeared.
At last, she smiled.
The two realms would be united, soon.

After being sent to Earthly Realm, a few millennia ago, The Vicious Prince, Malphas had to blend in the mortals and changed his appearance more like mortal. For he was immortal, his appearance would stay the same for eternity. Mortal called him with different names throughout millennia. He had to keep changing his identity so the mortals didn't know his true-self. This time, they called him Harvey Harold. Living throughout several millennia, got him a lot of fortune. He looked like a fine tall guy in his late 20s. His brownish skin, charming face, perfect body and super huge amount of money gave him the ultimate charisma to lure any mortal.
But he was not interested at all in mortal, for that time being. They were just greedy, vile, and snobbish creatures which gave him and evil more power nowadays. He just loved mortal because they gave him power and much attention. The longer, he stayed in this vile realms, the more power he could cultivate and when the time for him to ascend the throne, he would be undefeated. He had to learn more about this realm and how to control it over, so he could be the supreme ruler for both realm. This earth and the Underworld.
He smirked every time he thought about it. His confidence level raised every time he did it.
But at that time being, he started to feel that he eventually got too attached to earthly issues.
But no, he refused to lose the devil inside him

Lily's world was doomed!
Everything happened so fast while a couple suddenly arrived at the front of her apartment and claimed the ownership of it. They even brought the purchase agreement and apartment ownership certificate. The heated arguments between them, at first, caught other tenants' attention. Although some other kind tenants like Uncle Jack and Patrick said arguments that supported Lily's ownership, it was not enough legally.
The rude couple also called the police and threw away Lily's luggage, clothes, shoes and all her stuffs rudely.
After the police came, Lily was brought to the police station and sued for making a disturbance in public place. She was completely being humiliated.
Overnight, her life turned into hell. She was penniless, lost her home, and almost being jailed.
After hours being interrogated by police, she was eventually released.
But, she had nowhere to go. She was too ashamed for going back to her grandma's house. But she only have 10 dollars in her pocket.
She could only sat on the wooden bench in front of the police station and stare at the night sky blankly.
The situation got more gloomy and painful as the rain was pouring suddenly. Lily couldn't hold it anymore. She looked down then wept while other passengers looked at her as they were passing by.
She still couldn't believe that her life would turn back into zero point once again after years of hard work she had been building it.
She was deceived by her loved ones and alone. She was left with nothing.
She wondered how she could be stupid and blinded by love like that. A happy marriage which she had been dreaming of would only be a dream she couldn't reach for that time.
She cried without noticing her surroundings.
Until a voice spoke to her.
"Why are you crying here, Young lady? What happen to you?"
She then wiped her tears and looked at the person who talked to her.
An old lady wore a ragged grayish long dress with hoodie. She also brought a basket of apples. She looked like a fruit merchant.
"Do you want to buy my apples? It will taste so good for you."
She offered Lily her apples. Moved by the merchant's appearance, Lily couldn't help herself not to do anything. How bad her condition was, Lily thought that Lily was still luckier than the old lady. She was not really hungry but she ended up buying the apples with the last 10 dollars she had.
The old lady was excited. It looked like Lily was the only customer who bought her apples.
Lily felt the happiness wave from her too. She was happy at the moment looking at what happened before her eyes.
The old lady then put the money inside her basket then pulled out something out of her basket.
It was like a dragon-shaped something and an ID card. There was tied with a red thread on it.
"This is a gift for you because you helped me willingly and selflessly even you are facing another hardship. Thankyou for that. Go to this place and you will toss your unfortunate life away and save the world."
Hearing what the old lady said, Lily couldn't help herself not to laugh. She laughed and refused her give at the first time. But the old lady insisted. She put the thing on Lily's hand and got up from the bench. She left Lily puzzle. After few steps, the old lady turned around and looked at Lily. She winked her right eye. Then poof! She disappeared and vanished into the air.
Lily was completely startled. She immediately stood up.
"What the hell just happen??? Who the hell is she??? Where is she??? "
It was the first time for Lily for witnessing something peculiar like that.
"Am I hallucinating? I've never known that the depression would turn into hallucination like this."
She shook her head in disbelief.
She looked at the ID card
"Harvey Harold"
"D.U Residence."
She dropped her jaw. She couldn't believe what she just read.
