Stone by stone the rib-vault closed the gap to the archways which had now reached the floor. Through the each one of the archways she saw a stone corridor forming. Stone by stone the walls built up from the stone floor weaving steadily to meet long vaulted ceilings which wove their way down. The sun was now completely gone as the hall in which they sat completed itself. Yet, it was still rather bright. Emmeline saw multiple torches set in ornate gilded sconces regularly spaced on the walls of each corridor. Brighter than any of the torches though, was the golden glow which emanated from the Lord Aufeese. The glow from his fur was brilliant but not blinding. He was beautiful and radiant inside the dark stone hall. And although she could not see it anymore, she knew that the wheat was there
