How terrifying it was to scream till your voice breaks, but no one saves you.
Your biggest nightmare was the look in Minhyuk's eyes. He was a hunter - and you're the prey, the weak animal he wants to destroy. And you couldn't do a thing.
You feel your whole body shake as Minhyuk crouches down, his finger on your chin. He tilts it upwards so you face him.
"Even if you scream, nobody will save you." you hate to admit it, but you feel the truth in his words.
All your life, he has been making it hell. He enjoys picking on you, seeing you suffer to no ends, and the only reason he gave was that-
He liked to see you cry.
He was like an inhumane creature, but a convincing one. He's a good deciever - even from young, and his true nature only known by you. You never cried in front of him ever since you found out that he likes it. But he never stopped trying to ruin you.
You slap him with your full strength
"You'll never get what you want." you say with your calmest voice.
He puts his palm on his now reddened cheek, an obvious anger flaring in his eyes.
"Defy me all you want, but in the end, nobody will believe you. Because I have their trust." he smirks.

When the light poured into the room, my eyes fell on a figure. I couldn't make out who it was, because I felt dizzy from the panick attacks earlier. But I recognised his voice immediately.
"Did they do this to you?" his voice was full of guilt and hurt.
Jungkook rushed to me, crouching down to his knees and picking me up from the floor gently. I was looking at him weakly, out of breath from my panick-striken state. His stare gazing deep in me, worry evident in his eyes.
"The noonas hurt you?" he asked again, guilt in his tone of voice.
"Jungkook, it's not your fault." I managed to say in a small voice. He shook his head.
I felt his hands gripping me tightly as I secured my arms around his neck to avoid falling. Jungkook brought me out to the field, and everyone rushed at us.
They were all probably going around the school finding me. The field was already empty - indicating that the event was long over.
Jimin's arms threw around me instantly, carrying me from Jungkook's arms to his.
"Jungkook, thankyou....." he squeezes me tightly.
Jimin must've been worried to death. All my fear disappeared like dust, at ease in his arms.
"I'm okay!" I patted his back, chuckling slightly at his sudden cuteness.
"Don't ever leave my sight again..." Jimin sighed into my shoulder.
The rest of BTS were giggling at the scene, Taehyung renacting the hug with Jungkook, Jin faking a cry as he mouths out "my son-in-law" and Namjoon giving Jimin a wink and thumbs up.
Suga was just leaning on a rock on the ground, probably tired from searching.
I pull away from Jimin, and I can see a slight pink blush on his cheeks as the members teased us. He was looking anywhere but me. Cute.
"Are you guys already a thing?" Taehyung wiggles his eyebrows.
My face turned red.
"No..."
We kissed though. My inner thoughts distracted me.
"Jimin, you just got friend-zoned" Taehyung puts his hand on a frowning Jimin's shoulder, comforting him.
"Jimin, you can't be my son-in-law anymore" Jin shakes his head sadly.
"Jimin, you got no jams" Namjoon smirked.

"Jungkook's staying over" said Taehyung.
"I have to fetch Jin home" Namjoon shrugged.
"I have to go for an appointment" Jhope answered.
"Im lazy" Suga yawned.
In the end, only Jimin could accompany me to eat. But is it me, or are they making up excuses for us to be alone?
I wanted anything else than to be alone with Jimin now, after yesterday I was so embarrassed and shy to talk to him, and the teasing just now made it alot worse. And I realised that Jungkook wouldn't be home today, which means I have to spend the night with Jimin. s**t.
As the others left one by one, I found myself standing next to Jimin in the empty field.
"well, let's go!" he averts his eyes and started to walk towards the school gate. I follow him in light steps, making sure there's a small distance between us.
I could almost remember his touch on my lips-
I quickly shook the thought off.
As awkward and nervous as I was, it felt magical whenever I was by his side. It seems like all my fears were blown away, Jimin's presence wrapping me like a security blanket. Even Minhyuk was far off in my mind right now.
The two of us walked to the nearby stall located a few metres away from the school exit. They were selling red bean fish shaped bread, my favourite. I approached the old man behind the stall, ordering one for myself.
"Make that two, ahjusshi." Jimin's voice made me jump a little.
"What a nice boyfriend." the old man smiles at Jimin as he handed over the money for two portions. Jimin recieves the steaming hot bread, giving one to me. His eyes were focused somewhere else, his cheeks still a shade of light pink.
I wasn't used to the shy Jimin, but I loved every side of him.
We waved goodbye to the old man, before making our way to a bench in the playground. We settled down with the bread in our hands, munching on it quietly.
Neither of us said anything, until he broke the silence.
"Im so full." he rubs his tummy.
I chuckled slightly.
"This reminds me of that night on the swing." my eyes fell on the metal swings in the playground.
Jimin turns to stare at my side profile. I flinched when he slipped his hand in mine, grabbing it tightly.
We stayed like this for a while, before he suddenly bends down.
"What are you-
"shoelace" he said as his hands tied a knot swiftly with the loose strings on my shoe.
When he retracts back, our faces were merely inches apart. He stops right in front of me, gazing at my lips.
"....can i?" his thumb was running over my bottom lip.
I held his wrist tightly.
"before that...tell me what am I to you" his eyes travelled to meet mine.
"You are mine." his voice was soft, his ears were a bright shade of red.
"Then you're mine too." I ran my hand through his soft hair. I wanted to claim him, everything, his hair, his smile, his lips. And Jimin seems to feel the same as well. My heart was calling out for him, in need for his touch.
His hand pressed against my neck, bringing my face closer to his. Our lips touched and the fluttering in my stomach intensified, as well as our kiss.
"I love you so much." he sighs into my lips.
"....I love you too."

"so am I your girlfriend now?" you took all of your courage to ask him.
Jimin glances at you briefly, before turning back to look at the road, a smirk forming on his face.
"Do you want to be?"
"No" you lied.
"What, are you being shy?" he grins playfully.
"and someone in particular was even declaring me as theirs just now~" he winked at you.
"That was just a slip of tongue!" you averted your eyes away from Jimin, face heating up.
"Aw. So I'm no longer yours?" he pouted at you.
"Shut up" you fiddled with your fingers, the words you were blabbering were the opposite of what you wanted to say and it was embarrassing how Jimin could read you like an open book.
"I will babe, if you kiss me." he smirked even wider.
"I changed my mind, talk all you need" you focused outside the window, turning away from him since you couldn't hold up a straight face anymore. The word babe affected you alot more than you thought.
"I love you so much." he cooed.
"I know, that's the fifth time you said that"
"I feel like I can say it a million times more, and I wouldn't be tired of it" his words were getting more and more bashful.
"I dont know which is cheesier, a pizza or you." you rolled your eyes. But of course, you also loved this side of him.
"You dont know how I feel, I want to scream in Jin hyung's face now that he has a son-in-law" he was smiling really happily.
"pabo, we're not even married"
"well." Jimin leans back in his seat.
"Not yet." he smirked.

"Jimin, you have to come back now. I know everything, I sent someone to look in on you. Don't live with that dirty peasant girl anymore."
It was the same, cold and distant voice behind the phone. Jimin felt himself flare up at the mention of Sohye.
"Dad, she's not dirty. She's my everything."
"Snap out of it. She's just an uneducated, poor commoner that uses your money."
"Dad. You can talk badly about me, but don't ever insult her." his fists were clenching, holding back his anger.
"Since when did you speak to me like that? Come back right now, before the reporters find out."
"No. Im not leaving her." Jimin's eyes were gazing at the figure of Sohye, lying peacefully on the bed.
"I'll protect her from the media. Just let me be with her, please."
"If you decide against me, I dont know what I'll do to you two."
Jimin knew very well how much authority and power he held. But no matter what, he couldn't give Sohye up. Not after meeting her again after ten years of searching.
"I expect to see you at the business party."
