Chapter 3 - Kill Him

Mrs Smith Senior interrupted Jade’s statement, saying, “Jade, I think you should proceed with your wedding ceremony immediately. Forget about the divorce documents, I will get them for you from the welfare department when it is fully prepared by them.”

“Yes, grandma is right. You should head to the event hall and proceed with your marriage to Mr Foleys, Jade.” Lily added.

“Okay. Fine.” Jade nodded and then entered into her car and headed straight to the event centre where her marriage to Jackson Foleys was slated to hold.

While Jade was about to enter into her car, Aiden took out a candy from the packets of candies which he had been carrying all these while and said, “Don't leave me Jade. Have some candy! Please protect me!”

Meanwhile, Jade couldn't help him this time around. Instead she simply collected the candy from him before she zoomed off in her car crying silently for being helpless and for not being able to honor her beloved late grandfather's last wish and request.

Jackson also got into his Bentley azure in readiness to head over to the wedding venue. However he ordered his bodyguards to annihilate Aiden Stein before he drove with a single order saying, “kill him!”

Jackson had seen how emotionally attached Jade was towards Aiden and was worried that Jade would always go back to him come what may. So, he summized that the only way he can enjoy his marriage or have Jade all to himself with any distraction was by ending Aiden’s life once and for all.

As soon as Jackson drove off in his Bentley azure, his bodyguards seized up Aiden began to beat him mercilessly.

“Kpim! Kpim!”

“Argh…!”

“Smack! Smack!”

“Crips! Crips!”

“Slaps! Slaps!”

Cripsy thuds of slaps and smacks of fistful punches began to rain ominously on Aiden non-stop, leaving him with painful groanings and tears. He struggled to wriggle out of their merciless fisting but failed countless times.

His face and cheeks were immediately painted with red by the fistful palm print of his devourer.

“Jade… Jade, please don't leave me alone. Tell them not to beat me again…!”

“Shut up your stinking mouth now!”

Aiden let out desolate and desperate cries for help, calling Jade to come back and save him from the assaulting men. However, Jade was nowhere to be found and his pleas only got harsh and cold-iced chastisement for a response from his oppressors which was followed by a thundering slaps and hand smacking.

“Smacks! Crisps!”

“Argh!”

“Please, don't beat me… Free me… Spare my life and I will give you some candies. I have some packets of candies. I will give it to you all if you spare me!”

“Shut up, right now!”

“Didn't I warned you to shut up just now!”

“Haha! So, you want to be freed…?!”

“Oh, I thought that crazy people like you doesn't feel pains! Do you also know what life and pains looks like?!”

“Haha! This crazy i***t wants to buy his life with some candies. He must have thoughts that we're all crazy or idiots like him to be bought up with worthless candies!”

The bodyguards cajoled and made mockery of Aiden's agonizing pleas. Then, they intensified their manhandling on him.

“Argh!”

An overwhelming anguish swept Aiden like some raging breeze and he groaned in excruciating pains. His body soon became weak after receiving series of terrifying blows from his oppressors and he fell to the ground. Yet, the bodyguards didn't stopped from beating him.

They were in assignment to kill and wouldn't let him be unless he breathed his last.

Despite the fact that he fell to the ground, they doubled the ferocious strength of their fist and punches on him.

Aiden was left wailing and languishing in pains on the ground as excruciating pains seered through him. His face was a black pot with red spots all over. This red spots were red blood stains and marks left by the palmprint of the bodyguards.

“Argh….!”

Aiden cried very feebly. There was no single ounce of energy left in him and his body lay lifelessly like a log of wood on the ground. However, he was still breathing and conscious.

“Die!”

At this moment, one of the bodyguards shouted at the top of his voice with his daggered eyes darting dangerously at Aiden. After the shouts, he jumped on Aiden and marched on his head.

“O…Ouch…!”

Aiden tried to cry but couldn't. His body was wrecked in unfathomable pains. His eyes clogging together and blood was oozing from different wounds on his injured face.

“Die!”

Meanwhile, another bodyguard shouted and then kicked him with his black leather boot, targeting his chest region.

“O… Ou… Ouch…!”

Immediately, Aiden felt his life leaving him instantly. Excruciating pains seered all over his weaked body.

To worsen his condition, his chest was shattered into pieces after the ruthless bodyguard kicked him. And blood were oozing and tickling all of his body.

The oozing and tickling blood severed through his heart like electric shocks and permeated his brain cells, causing him inestimable pains.

“A… Argh…!” He let out a feeble but painful cry and then lost consciousness while his eyes got closed immediately.

Seeing that Aiden has lost consciousness, the bodyguards withdrew their fisting punches and assaults on him and turned to go.

However, just as they withdrew their fists and turned around to leave, a black and powerful energy emanated from Aiden's chest which immediately swelled up into the air in the form of whirlwind.

“Boom!”

At this moment, the heavens turned pitch black and it lasted for some few seconds. It was as if a great and furious earthquake had befallen the area like tsunami.

This powerful energy swept all the bodyguards up as if they were weightless papers before their bodies finally collapsed on the ground afterward.

“I am alive and can remember everything that happened,” the once unconscious Aiden muttred to himself and jolted back to his consciousness. Then, he said, “The Eternal Lord Stein had been awakened!”
