The next day, Louise met up with Jesy and Lee at Central Park as if nothing major happened the night before.
They bought cotton candy from one of the cart vendors. Lee isn’t a fan of anything sweet, however, her two companions were worse than children the moment their cotton candies were made. Their level of enthusiasm was just through the galaxy!
While they sat on one of the benches and were chit-chatting random things, Louise could make out a familiar face coming towards their direction – Amelia. The blonde immediately hid behind her two best mates.
“Cover me! COVER ME! The muggle! Twelve o’clock! The muggle I shared a broomstick with!” she jabbered, her gaze downcast as she spoke.
“What? Where?” Lee asked, looking around.
“SHHH! Lee, don’t be so obvious!” she face-palmed herself.
