Today was the worst day of my life because of four things.
1. Tracy slept over and suceeded in waking me up from my peaceful slumber to prepare for school and now, we are on our way to school.
2. Valen is coming back.
3. Valen is coming back.
4. Valen is coming back.
So yeah, officially the worst day of my life.
"Can you stop tapping your feet?" Tracy complained throwing a glance at me. We were presently in my car but she was driving because of my current state of sadness.
"I will when I find out that Valen has returned back to his parents."
"You know that's not gonna happen so get over it." Tracy said snickering.
"You keep laughing like this is some kind of joke."
"Not only is it a joke, but it's also an opportunity for me to drive your amazing car."
"And I thought I had a friend." I groaned.
We finally got to school and I did a once over around the parking lot to see if a red Ferrari was anywhere in sight and thank goodness it wasn't. I had already planned it in my head - Jump out of the car and race to my class like a mad woman.
"Why do you have that look on your face?" Tracey asked turning the car off.
"Nothing. Just a life saving plan."
"Would you at least tell me what it involves?"
"Yeah. Racing to class." I stated simply, getting out of the car. Tracy got out too and looked at me over the hood.
"Heaven you're making a big deal out of this." She said flailing her arms.
"Well, you wouldn't understand because you're not KissHeaven."
"Whatever let me just get my bag then we can go, okay?"
I nodded then she disappeared back into the car and reappeared with her bag. I began to speedwalk towards the front doors but I was stopped in my tracks by a familiar voice that came from behind me.
"Heaven." It was him. My worst nightmare in human form. The villain in my childhood story. How the hell did I not see him there?
I could hear Tracy whispering an 'ohoh' and I felt like smashing her head on the car bonnet.
"Valen." I said without turning back.
"Too scared to look at me?" He stated proudly.
"Of course not." I said turning back to look at him with all the hatred I could muster. But Holy Mary I was not prepared for what I saw. I saw a refined version of Valen. He looked hot. Did summer holidays before senior classes do that to a chosen set of people? Of course he had always been hot but this was a different kind of hot. He was sizzling hot like Trace would say.
His chestnut brown hair was arranged in a boyish way that gave him a beautiful look and his hazel eyes had that spark in them that just drew you in and let us not talk about his plump lips that were presently calling me to kiss them. He was also dressed in a fitted dark blue shirt and black pants. The shirt hugged him like a second skin like it didn't want to let loose of the delectable muscle it was holding.... I feel you shirt, If I was the shirt I wouldn't leave those muscles too. He looked so hot and even his shirt didn't want to leave him. If only I.....
"Heaven?" I heard Tracy's voice calling me out of my stupid drooling state.
"Yes Trace?" I answered painfully tearing my gaze away from Valen the eye candy.
"Let's go to class?" She asked more than said.
"Right." I agreed turning on my heels.
"See you around Heaven." Valen called from behind making me turn back to see the smirk on his handsome face, that was when I noticed him leaning on a sleek black Mercedes. So that's why I didn't know he was here. He changed his Red Ferrari to a Black Mercedes.
I had managed to disgrace myself and my entire generation.
Well s**t!

"Why were you staring like at him like that?" Tracy hissed at me. We were making our way to our lockers to get necessary textbooks for our classes.
"At who and like how?" I asked feigning ignorance.
"At Valen and like you wanted to eat him dummy. " Tracy scolded.
"Duh because I wanted to eat him, you saw him Trace. He looked hot. How the hell did he do that in a few months?" I asked really curious.
"I mean he's hot but I'll rather eat your brother." Tracy said with a dreamy look in her eyes
"Okay you're just acting weird right now." I said eyeing her.
"Ashton is hot and the whole female population knows it Heaven."
"Yeah I'm not going to comment on that. But I'll remind you that you have a boyfriend. " I said putting the needed textbook I got from my locker into my bag.
"it's a shame he has a girlfriend too."
"Had. You need to make a stop at your locker?" She nodded yes and we made our way over there.
"What do you mean had? How about Mia?" Tracy asked looking concerned.
"She cheated on him with Grant."
"What? They were so in love. Why would she ever do that?" Tracy said getting some text books from her locker.
"Ashton said Maybe she was tired of getting it from one person." I said bursting into laughter with Tracy. It definitely sounded funny right now. She slammed her locker and we made our way over to class.
"I hope it's not taking a toll on him though?" She asked looking concerned.
"Like you're not happy right now."
"His mental health matters before I start to date him." She said making me giggle.
"Date? You surprise me Tracy."
"Yes Heaven. I'm full of surprises."
Well, I would love to see how that goes.

"pssst!" Someone had been calling a certain someone with that sound for the past five minutes and It has been getting on my last nerve.
"pssst!" The person called again before I felt something hitting my head before falling on my table. I could hear hushed laughter from behind me. So I'm the one. I turned back to the the culprit and it was Francesca, a nice girl in my Spanish class. She had always been so nice so I didn't understand why she threw a crumbled piece of paper on me.
"Sorry." She mouthed before motioning towards Valen telling me he was the one who asked her to throw the paper at me. I looked at him and I could see an arrogant smirk on his face. He nodded his head towards the direction of the letter and mouthed that I should read it.
"I think you should read that KissHeaven." Lily the minion b***h said from behind me earning some more chuckles.
"I think you should shut up." I replied a little bit loudly for my Spanish Teacher to hear.
"What is going on over there Miss Robinson?" Mr Kings asked from the front of the class.
"Nothing sir."
"Any more noise from you and I'm giving you detention." He said coldly before going back to reading whatever it was he had been reading from his text book.
I decided to open the letter that had put me into trouble at least I deserved to know what made me a laughing stock. It read: 'what's up KissHeaven? Sharing kisses this year? I think I might just be interested.'
The anger I felt was beyond control. He did not just bring up KissHeaven. That was years ago. Why has he refused to grow up? And he hadn't done this since like forever so why he's doing it now is totally beyond me. I decided to act like it didn't affect me and continue the lecture.
That's exactly what I was going to do this year again.
Ignore.
I've done it for these past years. I certainly will be able to do it this year again.
One more year Heaven.
One more year.

"Hey KissHeaven. I heard you're sharing kisses this year. Mind sparing me some?" Harold the most annoying human to ever walk this earth said to me in the Cafeteria. I was drowning my sadness in the turkey sandwich I was eating before he stupidly came here to just be stupid.
"Shut up and get the hell out of my face." I said angrily from my seat.
"Woah. Calm the f**k down. You would have just said that's not how to ask." Harold said readjusting himself like he wanted to talk again.
"KissHeaven, would you be kind enough to spare me some kisses?" He rephrased.
"She would never kiss that smelly mouth of yours dumbass. Run along." Tracy said harshly to him then proceeded to take her seat directly opposite me before she dropped her tray that consisted of a burger and a juice box.
"Heaven, what's happening? I'm hearing KissHeaven everywhere and I have a bad feeling it's you." Tracy said immediately Harold had the common sense to leave us.
"Of course it's me. Valen has decided to be very foolish this year. What did I ever do to him?" I groaned slamming my head on the table in front of me.
"Well, the news is all around school and unfortunately for you, it has gotten to the editor's desk. I have a feeling that it's going to be in the entertainment section of the online school news this week." She informed me then took a huge bite out of her burger.
"f**k my life."
"I would if I were you." Ashley said out of nowhere with her tray of fries before taking a seat directly beside me. "What the f**k is that guy's problem?" She asked looking irritated.
"I wish I knew. First it was Rebecca now it's Valen. I never bargained for this." I cried out. It really hurt, just when I thought I would be free something just had to happen. Why this year?
"Rebecca is just jealous but Valen..... Why is he doing this?" Ashley asked looking purely confused.
"Maybe he enjoys troubling you. Maybe because you give him the reaction he wants." Tracy answered Ashley's question all the while looking at me.
"What reaction?" I asked looking dumbfounded. I give him a reaction? Yeah right.
"What you're presently doing. Slamming your head on the table like a sore loser." She said before taking a bite out of her Apple that had been sitting on her tray.
"I can't control this. I'm frustrated. I wouldn't blame me. "
"I'm not blaming you Heaven. I'm just saying that you shouldn't give him the satisfaction of seeing you like this."
"And could you please tell me how to do that Dr. Ashley?" I asked with a sweet smile.
"How about actually confronting him about it?" She suggested like it was the most obvious thing in the world. I would never do that. Valen would just end up doing worse things. Confronting him would end in nothing but tears.
"I don't think that will end well." Ashley said cringing. Probably at the mere thought of me going to confront Valen. It'll probably consist of me being scared and him laughing the hell out of me about how pathetic I would look and sound.
"Uh yes it will." Tracy replied with a 'duh' look.
"Uh no it won't." I mimicked. "What would I even say? Oh yeah.... Hello Valen why are you bringing back KissHeaven after so much time has passed? Please can we continue ignoring each other like we've been doing since grade school? Can you see that yielding any other thing but disgrace?" I questioned with a fake smile on my face.
"That's not what I meant stupid."
"I think I have a better idea." Ashley said smiling mischievously.
"Wow me Ash." I said in a bored tone.
"You remember our discussion last week about boys?" She asked looking ecstatic. I groaned. Why does my life keep getting worse? I knew the exact conversation she was talking about and the only thing I'm thinking of is how I'm going to throw Ashley into the dustbin.
"Which one?" Tracy asked looking utterly lost.
"The one where Our darling Heaven here informed us about her strange ability to make any boy like her." Ashley reminded with a full blown grin on her face. Then she ate a considerable amount of her fries.
"Oh that. I believe her though because a time when we were 15, a 27 year old club bouncer asked her to marry him." Tracy countered before finishing off her burger.
"What?! Isn't that child a***e?!" Ashley asked looking extra mortified making me laugh uncontrollably.
"Fun fact: she actually liked him. " Tracy added making Ashley's face look more mortified, if that was even possible.
"In my defence, he was cute and It was all Tracy's fault though. She always made me sneak out to go there with her every Friday night and it's not easy to get tickets to enter so I had to flirt with him every single time and he actually thought we were 21 because of make up and s**t. I guess he lost it." I said reminiscing old times before finally finishing off my sandwich I had abandoned. I actually liked the bouncer guy but Nahh he was way too old for me. He was kind of like that older person you like for their face and s**t.
"Wow. that's extreme guys."
"Yup sooooooo what's your suggestion Ashley?" Tracy asked looking interested now.
"Well, you guys remember we agreed to put the strange ability to test?"
"Yes we did. But now, Tracy believes and she has informed you of a time it happened." I said trying to take her mind away from whatever crazy thing She was devicing in her head.
"That doesn't count cause I wasn't there. So the specimen now is Valen." She announced like she had brought up a billion dollar idea.
"What?!" Tracy and I shouted together.
"It's a perfect plan guys! You get Valen to like you then he stops teasing you and you also get to prove to me that you are capable of making just any guy to like you."
"I'm not doing it! and besides it only works for guys I actually like so that I can make them like me." I almost pulled my hair. Ashley was really annoying me right now.
"You don't really have a choice here honey. You agreed that once a specimen is found, you'll do it and let's not forget about the 300 dollars involved that we all have to contribute."
"Doesn't sound bad to me since you hate him so much." Tracy said in agreement.
"Trace! You too? I just said it doesn't work for guys I don't like." I explained again hoping they drop this s**t.
"Hey! I'm only looking out for you. This is a perfect plan plus we get to see if it works for guys you don't like." Trace informed.
"Perfect indeed and everybody will benefit. If you win without falling for him you get the $300 but if otherwise, Trace and I have to share it equally." Ashley finished speaking clasping her hands together like she had just solved the problem.
"I totally agree. That's an amazing investment. We should make bets like this more often." Tracy said smiling happily. She was not the one going to flirt with Valen plus she was getting an extra $50 so she has to be happy.
My life just got worse.

Innocent Heaven has to get Valen to like her now. Well, seems like she's not so innocent after all.
Find out what will happen next chapter. I think things should kick start just about now.
