Aydan’s POV
I couldn’t believe what had happened. I felt so betrayed and hurt that she could do that to me after saying she wasn’t going to break my heart. This was what I get for falling in love with a girl at this damned college when I had clearly told myself I wasn’t going to do it. It was all my fault and maybe I deserved the heartbreak I got for all the girls’ hearts I had also broken in the past.
“Aydan dude, get your arse up, we have practice,” Jake said as he walked into my room and opened the curtains letting sunlight pour in. “You have been cooped up in here for days now and we know you are going through stuff but you can’t keep doing this.” He sighed and sat on the bean bag next to the bed. “We need our captain back man.”
