Third Person's Pov “The doctor hasn’t been by in two days, Nikolai,” Alex said, her voice carrying a hint of frustration. “I’m fine. I can walk, eat, breathe—all the things normal people do. I bet he’s already cleared me to leave.” “You’re not leaving,” Nikolai replied flatly, his tone firm and final. Alex narrowed her eyes, her grip tightening around the lukewarm coffee cup in her hand. “What’s the big deal? I can’t stand it here.
