MY HEAD FEELS AS THOUGH bricks were being thrown on my temple every five minutes. I guess this is the price I pay for having no sleep at all. I was in complete grief the night before after realizing how much I made a fool of myself once again. Apparently, I am completely aware that what I did was compulsive, and there is nothing that I can do about it, and it already happened. I just couldn’t comprehend as to why I keep on putting myself in places that devalue my worth and make me feel extremely small, but then again I also try to understand the confusion the entire event caused me. I am well aware that I have made miniscule progresses for the past few months but it seems like it gets trampled every time and that I only waste my time and energy.  I sighed. I don’t want to think about it.
