“HEY SERIOUSLY, THANK YOU FOR TODAY,” Laura said as she helped me lock the store. I looked at her and gave her a smile, she looked quite exhausted for today which was evident through a few strands of hair escaping from her fishtail braid. Working with her for a couple of weeks was relieving although I was still trying to adjust with this, she’s really fun to be with, together with her mini anecdotes she shares from time to time. Today we facilitated a day worth of writing workshop and she still hasn’t recruited more staff to help which is quite strange for me but I still try to understand the ongoing situation.
