Light finally trickled into my vision and I was slowly but surely able to see. The things which appeared blurry finally started to clear up until I blinked a few times and could see everything clearly.
I didn’t know how or when I ended up in the hospital but that’s exactly where I seemed to be. However, this place didn’t look like a traditional hospital. For one, it was way too luxurious with velvet drapes and a giant chandelier. Not only that but I noticed a crystal glass sitting on the cabinet beside me. The duvet covering my body made me feel like I was wrapped in a cloud and the pillow was so comfortable it made me want to go back to sleep.
The tubes snaking out of my arm was what ruined the entire picture, forcing me to recall the events which led me to be here. How? What happened
