Gina POV Seeing my best friend in pain was too much. I even asked Dakote if we could help take the pain away, but our gift is for injured and in pain. Paulas pain was the pain of life and something that she would have to go through. It was nothing we could help with, unfortunately. As hard as it was to see her like that, I'm sure she felt worse, so I would be with her while she needed me. I'm surprised that she waited so long that it was actually too late to even get to the clinic on time.
