I'd had a shitty day, and all I wanted to do was climb into bed with Gina. I popped my head in to check on the girls. They were asleep, snuggled under their quilts. It brings me joy to know they are safe and happy.
I knocked on Nates door because it was unlike him to leave it open. He was fine, just left his door open so he could listen out for danger, I was definitely unsure about Nate being Ginas protector, mostly because of his age, and he hasn't got his wolf yet but when I trained with him, he was impressive, he even put me on my ass a few times. He is worthy of the title.
I close his door and head to ours, thinking of the day, and I'm fuming with myself for the events that had happened. I should have listened better, but I let my views and anger direct my decisions. I kno
