Austen finally realized he had access to my friends all along. He called one of his ally packs who currently was visiting my ex pack, which was probably why they hadn’t done a full-scale attack on us when Tanner tried to kidnap me. His alpha friend was visiting when he heard another Alpha was there working on becoming allies and he had one of the fieriest and scariest packs. Austen laughed at him wanting to become allies with someone so unstable but to each their own.
He finally hung up the phone and smiled at me. “He is going to give your friends a burner phone and have them call here at 1am. It does need to be quick so in case they are tracking most outgoing calls or someone is watching them they won’t even know a call is being made.”
