The "Olympus Project" was a joint effort from many developed nations, not only including several shelters but also collaborating with many research institutions. In the early days of the apocalypse, it took in more than twenty-five percent of the population from continental Europe. Over time, the project expanded, and by the time humans and people with special abilities began to emerge, over ninety percent of shelters in continental Europe had joined the "Olympus Project." Later on, it even integrated nearly all of the evolved humans and those with special abilities from Europe.
