Chapter 23

Agrona's POV

"Uh- Ugh!" "Gee , it sounds like you're made out of tofu , hold still." Zinnex said as she pulled the bandages tighter on my foot. Maybe I didn't noticed , my foot was covered with scars as she told. "Stupid Osiris , 'Gonna fix my swords'. Such friendship." She said while I laughed at her rolling eyes.

 She then looked at me with a pink tint on her face. "Take it off." "W-What?" I looked at her confusingly yet nervous , 'What does she meant by take it off? Take what off?' 

When those stupid over mature thoughts crawled in my mind like tapeworms , Zinnex snapped me out from my mind by a slap on my skull. "Take off your coat. I would need to bandage that up easier. And stop having those stupid thoughts in your head." As I took off my torn coat and shirt , she grabbed the medics and leaned to my stomach , attaching the medic on my wound while listening to my hisses of pain.

"Alaistair was really childish as you said." "Heh , of course ,  he was talking about you too," She got up and looked at me with a face of shock and a pink tint. "So....,"She said while sat next to me and grabbed the bandages ,"You fight with him like children because he was talking about me?" I grabbed her by the waist and dragged her to my laps. She squealed by my action ,"Oh yes , my charming princess. I just hate how they talk about you , they're just that I got the best mate on the universe." 

"Stop the cuddling , the wound just might expand itself." She mumbled as she tried to move away from my laps. But instead I turned her body to mine , making her chest pressed to mine and her legs straddling my laps ,"My heart was hurt , can I get a caress to wound it up?" Her cheeks huffed as she just continued her work. On my lap.

"Finally , I'm done. Let me go ," She said as I pressed my lips on her neck , tracing down to her collarbone. "S-Stop it , Agrona." I ignored her as I sunk my teeth down into her flesh. She gasped as she wrapped her legs around my waist. "A-Ah!" I moved my mouth from her neck , looked at her crimson red face.

"Sorry." I said as she pushed me onto the bed as she walked away with her medic box. 'Was she disappointed? Maybe , she haven't fully trust me yet.' I looked at her who walked out of our room without a noise , and sighed for my over reactions.

'Ugh.... these ears were killing me , finally she's gone by the sec..'

"Agrona? A-" Right when I took them off , someone enter....

Zinnex's POV

"Thanks for the help on the medic , Osiris." I thanked Osiris while passed him the medic box. "Not a prob , Zinnex. Agrona was probably furious with what his brother did to you. He's recently very protective to you." I tilted my head by Osiris's respond ,"I mean , he called you his Blood Goddess though. So , yeah , he really likes you , Zinnex."

While walking back to our chamber , Osiris's sentence were echoing in my head. 'He actually called me his Blood Goddess? He actually had feelings upon me?' , I thought while rubbing on the spot where he bit me.

"Oh , he...." "I-I-It's not what it looks like?!" I squealed loudly as a mischievous smirk appeared upon his face. "So...When it's your turn?" "Not even a chance! I was still being confused of what he just done!" I yelled in his face as my face has turned on the heater due to the sudden lowered temperature of the room and his question. 

"You really should be by his side , Zinnex. I have never seen him this joyous in our 10 years of friendship." I looked at him with my face full of surprise. "Wait- Really?" "I mean- Yeah." Osiris said while scratched his neck. "I thought- Won't he get happy when he- I mean, in Blood God form?" "That's just satisfaction to his unhappiness. It's not like every day you get to stab someone , unless you're as clumsy as the rhyme among the humans."

Rhyme? Which- OH! the one about the egg? I see , I see. "but as you were brought in . he was much more happier than ever. The smile of his was charming." I looked at him suspiciously , uttering "Was it me or does that sound like you're bisexual?" "That's nothing but rudeness!" He said while sobbed with sadness.

'He was rush like Clyde. But.... what actually made him so different to compare with Clyde?' I thought as I found myself arrived in front of the door , almost smacked my face into. I groaned as I walked into the room , found Agrona who's standing next to the bed.

"Agrona? A-," When I was going to call out his name again , I spotted something exclusive odd..... why was he holding- Hold a salmon second- He looked just like something.... Something without a tail...or a pair of hybrid ears..... 

He's..... Oh my God.....

"Z-Zinnex-" He said while walked to me. I grabbed the sword near me and pointed it into his face. "W-What?! So you're going to tell me that you did something to Agrona?!?! What did you do?!" I yelled as he walked under the moonlight. Man , he looked a lot like Agrona.

Wait no-

Humans must have a magic to transform into someone similar to the corpse to kill more innocent poor soul!

"Ugh! Where's Agrona?! And how did you get in with those high security walls of Paiogs?!" "I-I am. Agrona , Zinnex." I descended my sword as I stared at him with my lifeless eyes. 

"Y-You're a human?! This entire f***ing time?!" "Listen-" "I was engaged!To a human! I thought I could move on! And I was wrong!" I said while smacked the sword onto the ground as I walked out of the room. But before I do , he grabbed my wrist and hugged me by the waist.

"Are you...gonna forgive me for what I have hidden from you?" I thought of that question as I dragged his arms down , coldly said 'no' as my next plan was to runaway.

Second person's POV

As Zinnex managed to run out from the walls of Paiogs , walking in the peace quiet forest alone , her emotions were just mixed out like soup as she thought of what just happened.

Angry for Agrona not telling the truth of him being a human ; Sad since she just realised she was engaged to a human disguised prince of Paiogs ; Happy because she might get to escape and head back to her father and Lionards And.......

Confusion.....

'Why didn't he told me that he was a human in the first place? How come he was one if his birth parents was Anitures? Why would he hide things from me till today? Was he playing with me all along?!' She thought as she kneeled down to the sandy ground , feeling the chilly breeze blew to her. As her emotions turned into confusion , a huge gust of wind blew to her with sand particles and dust. 

She grunted by the strong wind and was dragged into a sand tornado that just happened coincidence. She flew into the air as she was hit by a parted cactus by the back and her eyes slowly closed as she was flung to the other side of the map.

'Is this the end?....'
