Chapter 19

Zinnex's POV

Bless by Agrona's rage , we left earlier in a week. Well , at least I don't have to face Perseus once more. In that entire journey , the ship was in complete silent except for the sound of wings flapping and rope pulling. 

As the Anitures fell into slumber , left me who was still being shocked by everything that happened so fast. From being kicked out of the castle gates of Pandlings , to Agrona who saved me in time before Perseus marked me as his. That progress seems short , but the time was as slow as sloth. I haven't felt the life in Pandlings....

'Just maybe a small stargazing moment will calm me down from my fur kept on erecting.' I thought as I dragged my nightgown , walking out of my room , quickly and quietly walked out of the hallway that was lightened up with dim candle light and full of snores. As I closed the wooden door , I was amazed by the scenery of the night sky.

The stars were countless and they're shining like diamonds in the black marble colour sky. The moon was shining for the sake of the sun , giving me the best moon bath bless by the warm moonlight.The galaxy was humongous and I just knew about this. How much I wished my life will be endless like the sky and sea....

"It's amazing , isn't it?" I turned and found Agrona who's surprisingly awake , standing leaning against a pillar. He was wearing a white long sleeve shirt which revealed his a small part of his chest revealed to me. 'Y-You're awake?" He walked to me which makes me noticed those eye bags of his. "What's wrong? Can't let me stay here?" "Just... nothing." I said while placed my arms by the boat , looking into the sky and Agrona stood next to me.

The atmosphere was suddenly awkwardly silent , just only the sound of the sea , and the stars that were shining bright in the galaxy. 'Well , this was awkward anyway....' I thought as Agrona asked me a question. 

"Do you hate me , Zinnex?" "You mean , in the past? or..." "I mean..," he said while scratching his neck ,"After what happened in Pandlings. I had forgotten to inform the King about your attendance , which caused the guards to kick you out from the gates." I looked at his face full of guilt and depress. 

"If it wasn't me , we're probably still in Pandlings , celebrating Qixi. We wouldn't be in the middle of the sea if it wasn't me." He said while his ears flopped down , I quickly held him by the wrist , making him looked at me with his black pupils widened. "Agrona , you don't have to be so depress for what you done. I forgive you. No one ever wanted this to happen."

"But-" "If you dare to blame yourself once more , you shall be dinner when we head back to Paiogs." I said as a smirk appeared on his face. "Oh? So am I the main course? Then what's for dessert?" "I don't mean that okay! I'm threatening you! Threatening you 'kay?!" I yelled as I huffed and turned the other side. He soon let out a 'pfft-' before laughing out aloud. 

"You need to work on that more , my Blood Goddess." "Heh , I tried my-" Wait a salmon second...

"What did you just call me?" "Did I call you anything?" I only rolled my eye as I continue glaring at the starry night till he whispered , "Was your blood boiling? Seems like the soup's ready." My face was soon boiled in rage and turned to him , "You jellyjerk! Cut it out from the puns!" 

"Well , there's something I would like to give you." I looked at him as he pulled out a choker with a leaf shaped pendant and tossed it to me. "A little gift for you. Hope you like it." I looked at him with a suspicious face while putting on the necklace. "Hmm , it fits. Why are you so kind to-" Right when I was trying to thank him for the nice gift , he hooked his finger around my choker , dragging me to him , and caressed me once more.

I looked at him with widened eyes as he deepened the caress and snaked his free arm around mine. As he let go for air , my face was heated so much. "W-W-What's that for?!" "Placing slightly scent of mine on you , since you're ENGAGED to me~"

Wait a salmon....

"I'm engaged to Agrona."

"You actually heard that?!" "Oh yes , my Blood Goddess ," He said while dragged me into his arms , with the choker ,"I heard everything and I appreciate how you value our relationship." "MY GOD!!! Ugh , I think I should take this off-" As I was trying to take off the choker , he stood behind me as he grabbed my wrist and placed them in the air. "W-W-What are you doing?!" "Aww , do you love this position? You know , we can proceed it-"

"Okay! Okay! I'm not taking it off!" As I said , he immediately let go as I looked at my reflection in the sea , trying not to look at him. "You're selfish," I looked at him confusingly , "You're going to have the body the rest of your life but I just want one n-" "Bye! Bye! Good night!" I yelled as I ran back to our room and slept before he does. 

'What's gone into him?!?! UGGHHHH!!'

Agrona's POV

"Bye! Bye! Good night!" I looked at Zinnex who yelled while ran back to our room before I could finish my pick up line. I laughed by her flustered face earlier as I looked into the sky that reminds me of her gorgeous eyes. 

'At least she accept the gift...' I giggled as I walked back to our shared room as i found her small figure that's curled up like a shrimp on the bed.  As I laid down , not hugging her by her waist , just in case a punch in my face happened , a small pair of arms snaked around my waist. I turned and found Zinnex who's looking at me with half opened eyes.

'Was she.... awake?' I gulped as I quickly got up and apologized ,"Gee , Sorry to interrupt your beauty sleep , Zi-" She then placed a finger on my lips , and...WhAt Is ShE dOiNg!?!? She was right now straddling on me with her tail swirled around my arm. "Agron , is there a rainstorm out there?"She uttered as I looked out the window. She instead turned me back , and placed her lips on my neck , "Man , you're making me so wet..." She said as soon as she fell into slumber and even some snores came out.

'Oh lord , Zinnex....' , I said while placed down her back to her position , I combed her hair as I placed a caress on her , 'You're just the perfect Blood Goddess...'
