Chapter 4

Zinnex's POV

"Let my father go!" I yelled as that Agrona imbecile turned to me and smiled , revealing his painted dog featured teeth. "What a filial daughter are you , Zinnex. Risk your lives to face us for your father." "What my father did , making him deserve this?!" I roared at him furiously.

"You see , your father stumbled into my territory and he told us that he had a daughter that he showed us." Agrona uttered in his deep voice while took a step to me. I immediately took a step back and roared at him , "Talk? More like force! My father was just wanted to do business in the Gimallaps nation! And you did to my father!? You blockhead!"

By a sudden , Agrona ran towards me by a blink of an eye and grabbed me by the throat. "Better behave , kitty. You know that I'm a dog being that can tear your throat down. Your kitty side wouldn't help you." I choked a bit for his strong grab on my throat. Suddenly , he started sniffing as he grabbed my arm where the injured finger was located.

He looked at my finger and started licking my blood. I felt my face heated up and quickly pulled my hand away as I kicked him by the sides. But , he who was underestimated by me , grabbed my feet and tossed me onto the ground. I grunted in pain as that dog pinned me onto the ground with his feet.

"Seems like the kitty princess was helpless , " I tried to kick him by the ass but eventually was pinned back to the ground ,  "Come on , princess. I just taste your blood. No b-" Right that perfect timing , Clyde came and slapped him in the face with his tail. 

"Zinnex!" "Clyde!" I was embraced by Clyde who came with royal guards. "Are you alright?" "Yeah , you came just in time." I smiled while received a wicked bark from Agrona. "Oh Hohoho! Came to save the damsel in distress , I see?" "Agrona. Why are you doing here?" Clyde asked him , hissing. "Your mate? Man , we both do have great taste of choosing a mate." He smiled.

"You know each other?" "We are royals , kitty. We must know each other." I glared at him by the corner of my eye. Agrona walked towards Father , and was handed a whip as he whipped Father , adding a new scar on him. 

"Stop it! Please! My father did nothing wrong!" Tears rolled down from my cheek for can't bear to see my father getting more scars. Agrona smiled as he dropped the whip down and walked to me who's still in Clyde's arms. "Why don't we make a deal , Zinnex Langford?" "What is it?" I asked him. He chuckled and lifted my chin with his hand.

"I can show my first ever mercy on Lionards and your father. But as return ," he said grabbed my hand and caressed me on the knuckles , "You shall be my fiancee and live with me at Paiogs." My eyes widened as i heard what this crazy blockhead just said.

"Agrona! Had you ate too much flesh?! She's my-" "Oh and of course , you have to breakup with every relationship you have on Lionards." Agrona said while ignoring Clyde's disagreements. "Do it for me , princess?" I looked at him with a face of disgust and fear. "Decide it now , or else..." He stood up from the ground and picked up the whip as he whipped it onto the ground , close to the citizens of Lionards.

"Stop it please!" "Not until you decided , Zinnex Langford." Agrona said coldly as the ice in the South while continued whipping the ground and walking closer to the citizens. Before he whipped in the face of a cub , I quickly get off from Clyde and ran in front of him , stopping his cruel actions.

"Quit it.... If I agree.....Will you leave the citizens and Lionards alone?" "Your word was my command , Zinnex." Agrona smiled while bowed after me. I looked at Clyde who hope me to say no , but me who knew her nation was about to collapse , took a breath , answering , 

"I will be your mate. And follow what was written on the deal."

"Good..."

Clyde's POV

"Zinnex kitty! Do you have any idea what have you just did?!" I asked my mate who's right now sitting next to her seriously injured father. "Zinnex! Answer me! Do you have any idea that you just have a deal with-" "Clyde love...," She said while walked to me and placed a caress on my forehead , which was useless to me and my broken heart ,"I have no choice. I can't bear to see the citizens to get hurt by him."

I curled her hair with my finger , while looking at her eyes , those eyes that calm my soul for eternity.

 "You...aren't breaking up with me , right?" 

She looked away from me with her finger on her chin , and her lips quickly met with mine. I snaked my arm around her waist while caressing her with all my passion. "I'll never leave you , Clyde. I'm just fooling his mind. Don't forget that , I'm the Queen of Escape Plans." 

This sentence of her made me laughed and relieved for not leaving me. I embraced her as Scarlet came in with her case of her belongings. "I will miss you , Scarly." When she said that , Scarlet immediately shed with her tears and hugged Zinnex tightly. "I will miss you too , Zinnex." 

"Do tell Father for my long existence." She said while looking at Baron Langford who's laying unconsciously. "I will , trust me."

"Oh princess , you're ready to leave?" Agrona bastard asked while Zinnex only nodded. He pulled her into his arms , making me fueled a bit. "Oh don't worry , Clyde my buddy. I will take care your girl , much better than you." He growled as he lead Zinnex onto a palanquin that was designed in violet and yellow cushions in the palanquin. There's also a yellow sculpture of a dog sitting on top of the roof of the palanquin. 

When Zinnex looked at me with those eyes full of fear , Agrona came and pulled down the lemon colour curtains. "Oh give me the trust , buddy. I can treat her better than I treat any girl...." He smiled while climbed onto his and set off , leaving me with my heart crushed in Lionard....
