Chapter 17

Zinnex's POV

After what happened in yesterday storm , I couldn't have the guts to talk to Agrona since- Come on! It's just so awkward! I mean , right after you caressed a jerk who kidn*pped you!

"Land Ho!!" I rushed to the figurehead where a dragon head sculptured there and spotted a land with green and a brown castle standing in the middle of the island. Finally , after short terms of seasick , I have finally arrived.

"Welcome Prince Agrona. Pandlings welcome you and your group of accompanies." King of Pandlings said with his royal Pandlings guards. 

They had black and white colour hair that were mixed and their panda ears were upon their heads. The King was dressed in a black robe with gold colour trim and design on it with his hair that was tied into a half bun. Next to him was his daughter I would say.

"Prince Agrona , I would like to meet my daughter , Wang , princess of Pandlings." he said as a girl rushed to Agrona and hugged him tight by the arm. "It's pleasure to meet you , Agrona! I have adored you for a long time!" 

She was dressed in a pinkish long sleeved robe with light green trims. Her hair was tied into a half double buns where two of her buns were separated colours. Her panda ears were revealed with some piercing upon them. 'Ugh , that strong smell disgust me.'

"Eh , thanks?" "Come on! I gotta show you around Pandlings!" she said as she dragged  Agrona away , leaving the King apologizing to us , "Sincerely apologize , my girl was quite a active Pandling. Wang! Come back!" the King yelled as I noticed a figure that was quickly lost in the bushes.

"Do you saw that Osiris? O-" I turned and found they have walked to the castle on the half way. Without me.... 'Just this might take a long road..' I thought as I grabbed my case and catch up to them. While walking pass the stalls with fruits and fresh bamboos , I kept noticing a figure that's following me non-stop. As long as I kept on turning to the figure , the more eyes that the Pandlings around me placed on me. 

As I finally walked to the gates , before taking a step in the castle , the guards closed them shut and questioned me. "State you purpose  , trespasser." "Beg your pardon? I'm Lady Zinnex. Accompany with Prince Agrona." The guards looked at me and pushed me away. "Lies! The King only never told us that a woman shall accompany his highness! Move along before we imprisoned you!" "I'm telling the truth! Agrona!" One of the guards who gone impatient pushed me who's trying to harshly onto the ground, "Cut it! Prince Agrona never mention he had a lady's accompany! So , leave , unknown creature. Such a troublesome Aniture peasant.."

'Unknown creature...' 

I thought while walking away from the castle to the bamboo forest.

'I'm just a burden... I'm a forgotten stuff... I was a troublesome Aniture.... I shouldn't come after all...' I thought as a soft growl was echoed in the forest.

"Who's there?" I looked around and spotted a figure leaning against a thick bamboo stick. "Greetings , Lady Zinnex." The figure then walked out from the dark which appear to be a female with white tiger ears and tail with blue stripes. She was dressed in a black dress with a skinny thin gold belt around her waist. She walked in barefoot and a gold forehead chain that was attached with a sapphire around her head.

"Y-You know me?" "Your name was echoed in the woods so loud. My Tigeress ears were accessories. " She said while looked at me with her blue eyes. 'Wait...you....You're the one who stalked me earlier!" "Hey! That sounds nothing but rudeness!" She growled , reveling her teeth.

"So...you're..?" "Right , Baroness Lapis , advisor of King Perseus. And you're a...Lionards." She said as she saw my leopard marks- "Wait... was it possible... if I borrow a shelter?" Her eyes sparkled as she grabbed my hand tight. "We love to! Tigeress welcomed you! Come on!" She said while dragged me into the deeper of the bamboo forest. As we passed through a hole in the mountains , I was shocked...

"There was a civilization here?!" I looked at the stone built house and a stone built castle that was stood in the middle of the village with banners in white and a pastel blue tiger in the middle. She then held my hand as she ran across the busy crowds who were watching me with shock. "Who's the lady behind you , Baroness Lapis?" I looked at the body builder guards and looked down a bit. 

"Lady Zinnex from Lionards. She's our guest. Let us in this instant." The guards quickly opened the door as she dragged me to a throne room where a a Tigeress who sat on a gold throne and his ministers. The man has white long hair and green eyes. His face was drawn with black stripes and he was dressed in a white fold up sleeve shirt and dark green armour around and belts attached around his chest. Bandages were wrapped around his wrist.

His attention turned to me and Baroness Lapis who just ran into the throne room , which made me nervous. "Lapis , who's that behind you?" "Ministers , King Perseus , allow me to introduce , Lady Zinnex from Lionards!" I looked at him and bowed slightly. "I-It's pleasure to meet you , your majesty." "Where did you found her?" "She was kicked out by the Pandlings. She was suppose to be accompany with Prince Agrona."

"Prince Agrona?" 'What's he doing on the other side?"

'Other side? Do they meant by Pandlings?' I thought as I noticed King Perseus who stood in front of me. "We should prepare a huge celebration for our first ever guest! You are welcome here and you're just in time for the Qixi Festival." King Perseus said as the ministers bowed after him and quickly head for the preparation. "You must felt terrible after what they did. Have a break , Lapis would ready you for the celebration."

"W-Won't I be a troublesome outsider? Y-Your majesty?" He lifted my chin up , making me glared into his eyes , "We haven't got any guest since 50 years ago. Lapis , be the kindest lady and take this honor guest to her chamber." 

"50 years? What happened in that-"

"Come on! I need to show around!" Lapis squealed as she dragged me out of the throne room.

"Thank you , King Perseus!" I quickly thanked him.

Perseus's POV

'This was a interesting Aniture...' I thought as I sat back onto the throne , 'She had a strong scent...'

'And it's just right.'
