After Raven and Jace asked to have a few moments with their mates, Gavin, Lorelei, and Vivian decided to go to the basement to find some additional boxes Talon had placed there during the move to the new facility in our continued search through a vast collection of diaries and journals. I wasn’t sure if they were trying to give Madeline and I a moment as well, but honestly, I was grateful for whatever reason now left us alone in the waiting room.
