Fortunately, the meeting didn’t take long. I was exhausted from our long day. Nicholas was incredibly pleased with our first meeting with The Council. I was relieved myself. M was amazing, as always, and voiced everything we all felt and believed in…and it appeared between her and Raven, we had been accepted by The Council quite easily after that. Now, we just needed to prove to them that we could work together, which is part of the reason for our conversation.
