“There he is!” I pointed to the black helicopter that flew overhead, the searching police getting more desperate as I heard wolves a few miles off. It sounded like they had found where we ditched the car, more than likely hit on our trail now.
I put on a burst of extra speed, Suzy keeping pace with me and my cumbersome load. I could see where our ride landed, the pilot jumping out as soon as he settled and pulling open the side door.
