What am I supposed to do now?
It's been hours since I got here, and he hasn’t stepped out of the shower. When I first walked into his room, it was empty, but I heard the shower running, so I thought I’d wait for him. I’ve been sitting on the bed for hours, yet there’s no sign of him. The bathroom door is still shut, and the water is still running. There isn’t a single sound coming from that bathroom, and at this point, I’m starting to worry. Who knows if he’s okay in there? How can one person stay in the shower for so long?
"You should probably go check on him, Selene," Aliya’s worried voice sounded in my head, and my eyes widened at her suggestion.
"You don’t check on people when they’re in the bathroom, Aliya. He’s...well, naked, I think."
