SELENE'S POV
"You told him?!"
Allison whisper-yelled from her seat next to me as we sat in the sitting room of the mansion.
"I had no other choice. You were the one who got him suspicious by mentioning the 'other thing' that we were supposed to talk about later, Allison. You know your cousin; there was no way he would have let things go after hearing that."
"Plus, I needed to know if he knew something."
I admitted after a minute, causing Allison to frown as she shifted to face me.
"So, did you get anything? Did Alpha Aldric know anything about the room?"
Allison asked, her voice filled with curiosity, and I shrugged as I updated her on everything that happened with Aldric yesterday after she left.
