Kehinde stares at Tolani like she had grown two heads or something wondering what she meant by her previous statement. "Huh, why?" Kehinde asks looking grim. "He told me to sleepover and I couldn't say no!" Tolani says rubbing her palm nervously. "Tolani!" Kehinde frowns "There Is no need to panic, we made provisions for you to spend the night too," Tolani tries to explain. "Lani, I'm not spending any single minute I," Kehinde says furiously before it dawns on her she was been selfish. "Jasmin!" Tolani calls out. "Look. Lani, I can find my way home, I observed while we were coming, I would just take a cab to Ajakunlela Street, it's popular na," Kehinde says trying to pacify her cousin. Lani, I know the route she smiles out. "Jasmine, I know what you are trying to do, you can't go alone. Would just tell him off," Tolani smiles. "Tolani, please don't ruin his night, I promise I'm going to find my way," Kehinde smiles. "You're sure?" Tolani asks observing the weather. Looks like it's going to rain Tolani says. "Don't worry would get home before it starts"Kehinde assures. "Hey, go through the back door, knock hard, no one in the main house will hear you knocking but the Alfa and Laahan must here you, be careful," Tolani says with a calm voice. "Alright, enjoy the night," Kehinde says giving  Tolani a quick hug.                          ★ ★ ★   Ayomide let's out an involuntary groan, when he hears the loud knock on the back gate, his mind wonders straight to Tolani while he tries standing up, his body still ache badly, he lets the tiredness take over him completely. Standing up, he frowns when he realized there was everything possibility of Tolani been the one, she always does this he says to himself. For a while he thought she had changed, he needed to talk sense into the spoilt brat he thought while he makes his way out of the room. As soon as he stepped out, everywhere seemed quiet, and the main door to the yard was locked, he quickly hurried out not minding the heavy rain. "Tolani," He called out while standing close to the back door, he needed to be sure he thought. "Not Tolani, it's Jasmin!" He heard the person responsible. He paused for a moment before realizing who it was, he quickly opens the door meanwhile Kehinde runs into the yard like someone been chased by a madwoman. Ayomide lets his mouths gasps open and close, he was surprised tho, it was obvious he didn't expect her to turn out like Tolani. He quickly locks the door while she shivers under the rain. Her dress looked wet, her makeup smeared. He throws a quick glance at her before walking into his room only to come out in less than a minute. "Come in!" He says in a calm tone. meanwhile, Kehinde hesitates, but for the fear of been caught she obliges not after throwing a quick glance at the girl's room. It was obviously locked from the inside and she was really scared of going over to knock, in a minute she wished that Tolani was present.     She throws a glance at the things in the room as soon as she walked in, It wasn't looking expensive but it was surely presentable. She watches him rummage inside a bag while he mutters some incoherent words. She uses the corner of her eyes to take a close look at the guy in front of her. He wasn't really dark but very handsome and the fact she couldn't get her eyes off him bothered her, she starts feeling awkward when she suddenly remembers what transpired between them the day she arrived, he saw her n***d she thought feeling very embarrassed. She gets back to her senses when he throws something on her which she noticed was a t-shirt. "Change Into that before you catch a cold," He says calmly. Damn his english was still fluent she thought still staring at him. "Hey I can't go out because the rain is so heavy but I can as well turn to the back," He suggests innocently. She didn't try to respond but nods her head. He quickly faces the wall while she begins to rid herself of her dress. She was really feeling so uncomfortable, she just wanted the ground to open so she could fall inside. When she is done she speaks up for the first time. "I'm done" She says in a small voice. meanwhile, Ayomide turns to her direction. Thank you!" Ahe mouths Ayomide quickly makes his way to the bed, he couldn't help but notice how big his T-shirt looked on her. He lets out a tiny smile while he watched her stand close to the wall like a statue for sometime before uttering a word. "If you didn't go to the club, you wouldn't have had to put up with me," Ayomide says with a straight face meanwhile Kehinde glares at him. "I don't club, I only went to a birthday party," Kehinde says defensively. "So, what's the difference?" Ayomide says with a proud smirk. "Thought you were at least different because of how quiet you were, but I was mistaken cause you are the total opposite of what I thought,"Ayomide says There was no doubt he had been watching her for some time, Kehinde lets her jaw drop. "You don't have to judge me when you don't know a thing about me," Kehinde found herself saying, why was she so calm with him she thought cause if it was any other guy, she wouldn't have given him the liberty of talking to her. "But you just gave me an impression of who you "  Ayomide says. "Are you so heartless to leave me standing here? My feet are hurting," Kehinde says obviously in pains. "Wasnt the one who asked you to stand, it's your choice," Ayomide says in a carefree manner. Meanwhile Kehinde couldn't help but frown. Was he this rude? She asked herself. "You are an Alfa, if I am not mistaken and ought to help people not just that but also have an enduring heart," Kehinde found herself saying. "Yes and also to put young teenagers on the right," Ayomide says while he watched her intensely. Been so uncomfortable she makes her way close to the wall and sits on the floor meanwhile Ayomide gives her the what- was - that - for look. She doesn't even budge, he watches her stare into the space, she looked like she had so much bitterness in her heart, he could guess cause the look of sorrow was evident in her eyes. He quickly glanced at her features. She was really a skinny girl but her a*s and boobs said something else. She suddenly dozes off. Feeling guilty he got up immediately and walked over to where she sat, he tries to carry her but her eyes flung open. "You will catch a cold." He managed to say, while he helped her up taking her down to the bed. Were he drops her and uses a blanket to cover her.                                 ★ ★ ★         Kehinde who just woke up sits up immediately, she looked obviously weak and the headache was really killing her, it seemed like she was going to cry for a second. She quickly looks around the room, it was obvious she was looking for someone when it then dawned on her that he could have gone to the mosque, she hisses when she suddenly remembered how she fell asleep. Why did she trust him so easily? It was the fact he was an Alfa .she gave herself the answer deep down she knew he couldn't try anything stupid. She hisses while she tries to get up, still in his t-shirt she picks up her dress which was neatly kept at a corner. They were still wet she hisses after realizing it. She makes her way to the door and tries to get out but not without peeping, when she was sure no one was in sight she steps out, she quickly tries to get back but it wasn't necessarily cause someone had already smirked at her. "Damn," She mutters on noticing the naughty look on his face, she watches him check her out wondering what was on his mind. "Ekaro Ma," He says in a mocking tone before walking out. She lets out a slight frown before walking into the girl's room. Luckily for her Istinjabat was the only one indoors, still wondering where the other girls might be she greets Istinjabat. "Good morning!" She says quietly. "Morning!" Istinjabat says. Meanwhile, Kehinde didn't fail to notice how Istinjabat eyes wonders all over her body, trying to stop the gaze Kehinde asks about the whereabouts of the girls. Istinjabat tells her they went to the mosque, making her nod her head before walking over to the bed she shared with Tolani. Istinjabat picks something from her bed before walking out of the room.                         ★ ★ ★ "Tolani, tori olun, I will kill you before you kill me," Alhaja says in thick Yoruba accent.    Everyone is gathered in the yard watching the drama while it unfolds. It wasn't a new thing, Ayomide who couldn't take the noise again had tried intervening, but it seems like Tolani really crossed the line cause Alhaja refused to give him an audience. Tolani, who didn't give a damn as usual just stood there looking at Alhaja like she was acting a Comedy or something. "Tolani, you want to kill me before my time?" Iya Ibegi asks her daughter in a calm tone. "Mum, it's just a party, my friends birthday party!" Tolani responds boldly. "Gbenu soen!" Alhaja says while landing a hot slap on Tolani's face making everywhere so quiet. Kehinde couldn't help but feel like she was the one slapped. "Owo da da," Iya Istinjabat says with an evil grin, it was obvious she was happy. "Alhaja, please have mercy on her." Ayomide tries to intervene again. "No, no Alfa, this girl is a s**t, she wants to bring shame and disgrace to the family." Alhaja says in Yoruba. "Tolani, shey je je oh," Iya Fatiah says to Tolani who was already and obviously angry, she doesn't fail to fire Iya Fatiah her eyes. "Tolani, you are looking at me like that," Iya Fatiah says in Yoruba. "Tolani you are looking at my mum in that manner, is she your mate? Can't you see me or are you blind? Fatiah asks with a stern look. Meanwhile, Tolani hisses aloud not minding everyone. "Tolani," Iya Ibegi calls out. "Mummy," Tolani responds with a frown. "Not just Tolani, Jasmin didn't sleep at home too" Fatiah blurts out making it obvious she was the one who reported. Kehinde let her mouth open and close while everyone turns to her direction including Ayomide who stared at her intensely, she didn't try to deny. "Kehinde, you too?" Alhaja asks in Yoruba, meanwhile, Kehinde couldn't help but frown at the name Alhaja called her. "I said it," She is a bad egg, she would corrupt our children, can't you see what she wears? Iya Istinjabat says while she uses her eyes to scan Kehinde who was putting on a tight skimpy gown, which was revealing everything. "Oda!" Iya Fatiah says "Kehinde, I want the both of you in my room," Iya Meji says in a serious tone before walking away. Meanwhile Alhaja continues giving them an ear full.
