"Aunty Temidara is back," Omolola says to no one in particular. "Who she elp," Biliki who heard what Omolola says retorts. "Biliki," Omolola responds with a mock smile. "She will not go and marry, she thinks it's by claiming spinster and seniority in her brother's house. Her mates are married if she doesn't know," Biliki says making Tolani chuckle meanwhile Omolola keeps mute as soon as her gaze meets someone who stood at the door. "Ah aunty Temi," Fatiah says while jumping up from her bed. "How are you girls?" Aunty Temidara asks meanwhile Aisha picks up her traveling bag.        Aunty Temidara is the youngest sister of the Imam. The Imams father got married to so many wives. Even when the Imam started having his own children his father was still making babies. Aunty Temidara walks into the room. She spares Tolani a quick glance before turning to Biliki who pretends not to notice her. "Biliki," She calls out. "Ah, aunty Temi," Biliki responds with a smile on her face pretending like she didn't notice when she came in. "Aunty Temi," Tolani calls out smiling "How are you girls? I know you missed me na," Aunty Temidara says meanwhile Bikini and Tolani let out a mischievous smile. "We did oh, especially me," Fatiah says with a smile. "Aisha when did you come back?" Aunty Temidara asks while she pats Omolola indicating she should make space so she could also sit down. "Last week," Aisha responds. "Ah Tolani, These days I don't understand you, your boobs are getting bigger," Aunty Temidara says with a questioning look. "Ah, Aunty Temi, it's a lie. This is the normal size jor," Tolani says adjusting herself on the bed meanwhile Kehinde walks in. She looks very conscious of her environment. She could tell Fatiah gaze was on her until she got to the bed. "Who is she?" Aunty Temidara asks meanwhile Kehinde notice her for the first time. "She is my cousin, Jasmine," Tolani says meanwhile Aunty Temidara uses her eyes to scan her dress partner. The look of disapproval was evident on her face. "Good evening," Kehinde greets politely. "Ba wo ni (how are you) hope you understand Yoruba?" Aunty Temidara asks with a grin meanwhile Kehinde nods her head with a smile on her face. "Ah aunty," Omolola smiles out. "With your appearance I guess you aren't a Muslim," Aunty Temidara says. "Yeah," Kehinde mutters. All this while Kehinde didn't fail to notice how Fatiah had been staring at her.                             ★.★.★ "Jasmine guess what?" Tolani who just rushed into the room says in an exciting tone. They were the only ones in the yard cause everybody had gone to the mosque. "Calm down," Kehinde says to her cousin who was breathing heavily. "I can't calm down joor, I'm just too excited," Tolani says with a smile. "So what's up?" Kehinde asks quite interested. "I saw my JAMB score," Tolani says with a grin. "And," Kehinde asks quite excited. "I scored 285," Tolani responds with a smile. "Wow," Kehinde smiles out "Congrats" "Thank you," Tolani says with a wide smile. "Have you told Kelvin?" Kehinde asks. "Yes, I'm so happy. He said I shouldn't bother," Tolani smiles. "Wow, you are so lucky," Kehinde smiles. "I don't know what I did to deserve someone like Kelvin, I swear," Tolani says. "Just be happy and thank God," Kehinde responds with a smile. "Jaz, I'm Jaz," Tolani says with a serious facial expression. "Why? Is it because of your parents, especially your dad?" Kehinde asks quite concerned. "No Jaz, I have made up my mind regarding them, just scared cause I missed my period," Tolani says. Meanwhile Kehinde's eyes widen. "Oh my God," Kehinde mutters. "He released in me, but he got me drugs after that, which I took and he said it's effective but I still missed my period," Tolani complains in fear. "Wait have you told him about it?" Kehinde asks. "He just laughed over it saying it's my mind playing games, that the pills are effective, or else I didn't take it but I did," Tolani says looking scared. "How many days late?" Kehinde asks. "Six days" Tolani responds. "Don't panic yet, just wait for some time," Kehinde suggests. "Jasmine, it's already 34 days, mine is every 28 days," Tolani defends. "Look mine is every thirty days but most times it's thirty-five, they say it isn't normal. I have seen after 39 days before and it was due to infection," Kehinde explains. "Jasmine na, this time around I committed sin na, I had unprotected s*x for crying out loud," Tolani says feeling disgusted. "I know, but you took pills, it can also be Kehinde," Kehinde says. "Jasmine, what if I'm pregnant?" Tolani asks Kehinde who couldn't help but laugh, cause Tolani behavior was funny. "Tolani why don't you go and get test strip," Kehinde suggests. "I'm very popular in this area na," Tolani says. "What about Kelvin?" "He isn't in town and I don't want him to feel like I'm behaving like a baby," Tolani adds. "Oya na, behave maturely without the test strip," Kehinde says in a mock tone. She gets shocked when Tolani starts shedding tears. "Tolani will you stop this?" Kehinde asks almost sounding rude. "My mum will have a heart attack," Tolani says meanwhile Kehinde burst into laughter. "You are laughing?" "Lani you won't kill me, haba you haven't even done the test yet," "But I can feel the baby moving na," Tolani says meanwhile Kehinde burst into laughter. "You are laughing," Tolani says. "Okay I will get you the rest strip," Kehinde says. "Thanks, please do it today" Tolani pleads meanwhile Kehinde checks her wristwatch. "It's already 8: 30 pm, let me be on my way," Kehinde says. "Don't worry, I will cover up for you," Tolani assures her.                          ★.★.★     Ayomide who couldn't sleep cause of the excess banging on the back door hisses while he checks the time. It was 10:32 and almost everyone in the yard had gone to bed. He could remember he saw Tolani. If it wasn't Tolani he silently wondered who could be knocking so late at night, plus the heavy rain which had just stopped falling a few minutes ago.
