Will stared at the Tesco van like it was an alien creature. It bothered him, but he couldn’t pin down why. Lee and Helen watched him while Iggy padded around their feet. “Come on, we should keep moving,” Lee said. “The key is in the ignition,” Will said. He could see it through the open driver’s door. The passenger door was open too, and he could see all the way through the van’s cab to the central reservation and the other carriageway. “So?” Lee said. “You think you can get it going?” Will shook his head.
