Being completely unforgiving may have been a huge mistake, but I am sure I will not regret this act.
Her screams echoes throughout the tall walls surrounding the palace, making literally everyone that was inside the building dash out to see what has gone wrong.
"Your Majesty . . . you may want to postpone this sentence for later. We lost your mate." I hear Griffin shout and feel my heart freeze.
"What?" I turn away from the screaming vixen and the flames go off.
Griffin averts his gaze to the ground like someone guilty and ashamed of something. Did he not just mention my mate? He now seems too nervous to repeat his words.
