Carter snorts smirking at me, he grabs my waist and pulls me tight against his chest.
“Daniel I’m sorry for being so mad and kicking you when you were down, I obviously can’t make a good decision without her in my life, please forgive me”

I grin as Carter buries his head back into the crook of my neck sniffing me, his body relaxes as he pulls me back to the chair.
“Is Rob moved in?”
“Yeah he’s just finishing up now”
“Good let’s go home I’m tired, and I need out of this dress”

Carter answers, lifting me up and running out the door as dads cuss him out of it, making me giggle.
