Chapter 3

314 Words
Bella’s P.O.V I sigh as I wait for my mom to respond to my question, it’s only been a few hours, but I was ready to get the invitations out. The sooner they get out the sooner people can RSVP, and the sooner I’ll be able to stop this crazy planning. The door to my room opens up. “Bella.” I hear. I look up to see my mom. “I’ve decided to let you invite the commoners.” I try not to flinch at the word. “Really! Thank you!” My mom gives me a thin smile. “Don’t make me regret it.” As soon as she’s gone I jump up. I wonder if that nice boy with the desserts will be coming. I really hope he does. I know it’s not a proper thing to think since he’s not a royal, but I don’t care, he was good looking, and I want to get to know him better. I realized my thoughts and giggled, I sound like such a girly girl. I decide I want to read a book, my favourite is the book of fractured fairy tales I own. I bought it from a small book store down in the village, it’s probably why my mom doesn’t like it too much. She’s so old fashioned and thinks I should send my servants out to do my work, and do what I want them to. I’m not bossy so I tend to let them do as they please, within boundaries of course. I sigh and look out the window. Oh , what I wouldn’t give to be outside riding a horse right now, or anything other then be in the palace.
