Summer's Pov My alarm went off at six-fifteen and I lay there staring at the ceiling like it had personally wronged me. I knew I had to get up. I knew that. My body knew that. My body simply was not interested in cooperating with what my brain knew, and so I pulled the duvet over my face and lay there in the warm dark and thought about all the very good reasons why today specifically was a day I did not want to exist in.
