Crew's Pov I saw her face the second she turned around. Just for a second, just a flash before she looked away, but I caught it and it hit me somewhere I wasn't prepared for. That specific kind of expression people wear when something lands harder than they expected and they're already working to cover it up. Summer was good at covering things up. She'd gotten better at it since she moved in. But I knew her face now in a way I hadn't planned on knowing it, and I saw it. And I kept kissing Brianna anyway. Because that was the plan.
