The workshop was procured, equipment hired, and the various engineers and systems experts from their allies came together to work on building the first device. Neither Max nor Tai were technical experts. Tai might have memorized the method of building them, from Sasha’s data. But, as he pointed out, that didn’t mean he understood it. So they’d started to leave the team to work on things, checking in a couple of times a day to see what help they could give. Hawkins was busy running security.
