“I’m sure it’s going to be plenty fun enough,” McCready said. He took a sip of beer and smiled. “A couple dozen firefighters, police officers, plus throw in a handful of Shifters – we’re looking at a good time.”
“I just hope I don’t get shot. Again,” Haley said. “If Kate thinks things are getting out of control…”
“I told Carv he should have had a traditional Shifter wedding,” McCready said. “He didn’t want to go for it.”
“It won’t be a traditional Shifter wedding,” Haley grunted. “I can promise you that much.”
