10. Abhi's Girlfriend

Kriti's POV:
My whole body was shaking with uncontrollable anger. If I were at home right now, I must be broke down everything. My mind really becoming crazy with anger and this time I really lose control. I was feeling like kill Abhi Malhotra and erase his existence from the world.
I leave the office and got into my car. My destination right now is Malhotra Company. Abhi Malhotra has no idea with whom he messed up. My mind won't be cool until I give him a lesson. I really don't know what will I do. The only thing I know that I want to meet him face to face now and asked him why he did this to me.
He makes me cover the news by myself and also, he makes Mr. Dixit fire me, making sure I don't get any job for the next two years. Until today, he shows his power over his company, and now he shows his power in other newspaper companies.
He has to explain to me what is his problem. Why he couldn't accept the truth about him. If he give me my job back, I will let him go otherwise he has to face worse consequences.
I was driving my car at a high-speed and soon I reached near the Malhotra Company. The company is located covering a huge area, and there were many guards in the front of the entrance of the company building.
When I entered the car, one guard stopped me. I wasn't in a state to talk finely but I forced myself to do that otherwise the guard won't let me enter inside.
"Wait, who are you?", one guard said who stopped my car.
"umm... I came here to take an interview of Mr. Abhi Malhotra", I tried said in a normal tone.
"Sorry, but we aren't informed about this", The guard said. An idea came in my mind. I took out my ID card from the newspaper company and show him the card.
"I think maybe they forgot as I was supposed to come yesterday. Here is my card from my working place. You can trust me", I ensured him. He checked my card and thought for a while.
"Okay, you can enter inside", he said, and I didn't take a second to enter inside. I parked my car and get out of the car. I look at the huge building in front of me and wishing to burn it down to the ground.
Anyway, I headed to the entry door of the building. And again a female guard stopped me and start checking me with a scanner. I don't know why he put so much security.
"He must be doubtful about his own safety as he is a terrible man", I thought in my mind.
After scanning me, the lady let me enter inside.
I don't know how many floors this building has as it was seeming uncountable from outside and besides, I wasn't in the mood to count it. So now it's impossible for me to guess that on which floor that i***t existing right now.
After visiting a few minutes on the first floor, I found the receptionist.
"Hey, Where is Abhi Malhotra right now?",I asked her, and she shifted her eyes to me from her computer.
"Excuse me. Who are you?", She questioned me back with disturbance in her eyes.
Honestly, I never imagined that I have to cross so many paths to reach this arrogant and have to deal with these people. And I wasn't in my mood to argue with her right now. So when the receptionist questioned me back, it really makes me furious, but I try to control my anger.
I thought for a while about what to say to her. If I told her that I came here for an interview or something then she must be called that i***t to ensure it's true or not as she is not seeming so dumb like the guard. And I will never get a chance to face that arrogant.
A new thing came in my mind to tell but it was hard for me to tell but I decided to tell her.
"Oh, that seems you not yet knew about me. I'm dating Abhi which means I'm Abhi's girlfriend", I told her which make her stand up from sitting.
"It's okay. I know it's sounding shocking because why he is going to share his personal things with his receptionist. Anyway, you already waste my time. So tell me where he is otherwise, I will ask him to fire you", I said in a warning tone. She was hell scared and don't dare to ask any further questions.
"I'm really sorry mam. It's my huge mistake. Sir, is right now on the 24th floor in his meeting room, and he is busy in an important meeting. But you can go to the 22nd floor where is sir office room. You can wait for him in his office room", she said this time with so much respect in her tone. But I have to correct her in some places.
"First, you're no one to tell me what to do or whatnot. Second of all, I will love to interrupt his important meeting. Third of all, thanks for saying so much detail news without thinking twice", I said to her, and she was more than surprised.
I started leaving from there to the elevator, but I stopped there to correct what I said to the receptionist previously.
"Oh I forget and finally I'm not Abhi Malhotra's girlfriend or something. I will choose to die rather than be his girlfriend and a little advice, next time don't trust someone like me again", I said, and she is seeming dumb after what I said.
I don't wait for her next reaction rather run towards the elevator and luckily, the elevator was present there.
I entered inside and pushed the button on the 24th floor.
After reaching the 8th floor 3 persons entered inside.
"Did you select the button of the 24th floor?", a girl asked me in a surprising tone.
"Yeah", I replied simply.
"What will you do there? There are held meetings. Employees aren't allow there. I think you must be new here", she told me. I don't know why I have to interrupt by so many people. They're giving me nothing but a headache.
"I don't know you, so I don't want to hurt you by talking with you badly. Trust me right now I'm really in a worse mood. So please don't ask me what to do and what not", I said her in a normal tone.
She tries to say something but stopped when she reached her floor and all the persons leave from there.
The elevator stopped on the 24th floor and open the elevator door. I come out from there and found a girl standing beside me.
"You must be the girl who dumped receptionist saying lie. How dare you to come here?", she said, giving me an angry glare, and she was seeming like scolding me.
"I don't know why are you all seeming so surprised. I just come here to meet Abhi Malhotra. To move from my path and mind your own business", I said her in a calm tone although she behaved with me like a b**ch.
"Don't you think I minding my own business? I'm a personal assistant to Abhi Malhotra. So, you have to deal with me before you can meet with him. And I don't know why I'm wasting my words on you. You better you leave before sir came here", she said with so much arrogance in her tone.
"Oh you're his personal assistant, but you know for a second, I thought you're his wife as you seeming so much possessive about him. But your unluck my thought came out wrong", I said, and her face becomes dark after hearing me. "And yeah you're wasting your words on me because I'm letting you do so remember that. So stop talking like a b*tch with me", I said and started going forward, passing her.
But she stopped me, grabbing my wrist tightly.
"You're not going anywhere from here. I warn you for last time, it will be better if you leave by yourself or I will call the guard to kick you out. I know very well how to deal with a manner less girl like you", she said clenched her teeth.
I realized actually it was my fault as I behaved with her calmly and sweetly.
"You know you got me right. I'm manner less because I hate manners and I also can't tolerate who show too much manner like you. So now it's my last warning for you don't even think to stop me again otherwise I don't even know what will I do", I said her and remove my wrist from her grip.
But she again stopped coming in front of my path which was enough for me to lose my control over my anger. I aside her with a strong push which makes her bumped with the wall. As she was wearing a heel, she also slipped on the floor at the same time.
"Don't forget I warned you before", I said her simply when she was looking at me with surprise as I make her fall.
I leave her there and headed to the meeting room. I found it easily as it was only one room on that floor.
I don't hesitate to open the door. When I opened it my eyes first landed on the person I wanted, and he was seeming shock now.
