Serena’s POV.
The morning sunlight streamed into my eyes, and I groaned, rolling over. As my eyes adjusted, I saw Ross gazing at me with a smile.
A blush spread across my cheeks, and I smiled, feeling a flutter in my chest.
"What are you doing?" I asked, trying to cover my face with a pillow.
Ross chuckled and gently pulled the pillow away.
"Can't I just look at you?" he asked, his eyes filled with affection.
I sat up quickly, trying to compose myself. "No, you can't," I said with a yawn.
But Ross pulled me back into his arms, and I landed softly on the bed. He wrapped me in a gentle hug, holding me close.
My gaze drifted away, my eyes avoiding his as a warm flush crept up my cheeks.
