“I ask again Douglas, are you saying that my aunt is a liar?” Scarlet asked Douglas and he knew the answer to her question.
“Yes, I think your aunt is a liar and yes I think she is a pathological liar, Scarlet. Once upon a time I thought that you were smart enough to see through Marilyn, but I guess you’re just as gullible as she wants you to be” Douglas spit out at Scarlet, not holding nothing back and pushing for the truth.
Scarlet was left in shock, but she was glad that she had seen this side of Douglas, now she knew that her aunt was right.
