CHAPTER 2: THE OPPORTUNITY

The next day the principal got a letter from the 'ROBINSON TALENTS' and the letter says that she has to announce to her students about the upcoming competition organized by ' ROBINSON TALENTS',it's a singing competition that 'ROBINSON TALENTS' organize to recruit new talents every year. The principal immediately called for teachers meeting and she told them about the letter.

The principal later called Katie to her office. In the office,

Principal: Katie do you know one thing I really like about you?

Katie: No Principal. I don't mind you telling me so please tell me.

Principal it's that beautiful and sweet voice of yours.

Katie smiled revealing her perfectly arranged white teeth and her adoring dimple.

Katie: Thank you Principal Bridget, actually nobody has told me about how sweet my voice except my grandmother.

Principal: Then Katie do you want to go into music.

Katie: yes Principal, it will be an honour if i get the opportunity to do music and also publish my own books.

Principal: so you like books too,will then that's nice to hear.

Katie: actually I write novels too that's me.

Principal:then would you like to go into music and pursue your books later when the opportunity arrives?

Katie: Yes Principal Bridget.

Principal:Okay then Katie I will personally register you for the yearly competition held by 'ROBINSON TALENTS'.

Katie: Really, thank you so much . I can't wait to tell grandma about this opportunity.

then the Principal told Katie that she has unfinished things to do,so she would like Katie to excuse her.
