If you have previously read this book and have now seen that I added chapters that is because I have finished editing the book on my side. Now I am sure I have not done a perfect job. But while editing I have added some things here and there which ended up increasing the book size. I also tried to shorten some of the longer chapters but that was nearly impossible to do. -Katie
