Alexa I blinked my eyes and slowly woke up. Yes, it was all just a dream. “Yes,” I answered from inside the room. I hurriedly opened the door and saw Jo. “Hey, are you okay?” Jo asked. “Yes, I’m fine. Sorry if I made you worry.” I gave a weak smile, leaning my head against the door. “Thank goodness. Last night I was terrified and hid in my room the whole time. When I found out you left the club, I was afraid you wouldn’t come back.” Jo stood on tiptoe to hug me briefly.
