Lin Xiao looked at him, her eyes glimmering with a soft light. “Thank you, Qiu Ze. You’ve made me realize that only by letting go of the past can I embrace a better future. Maybe I’ve always been afraid of failure, afraid of the uncertain outcomes, but you’ve shown me that I don’t have to carry it all alone.”

Qiu Ze smiled and nodded, tightly holding her hand. “The future is ours, Lin Xiao. We can create a world that belongs to both of us.”

Lin Xiao smiled gently, the warmth she hadn’t felt in a long time returning to her lips. She felt a sense of relief and lightness that was unfamiliar yet comforting. “I understand now. I’m willing to try. I want to start from here, stepping into an unknown future.”
