Making new friend

Alia Pov:

I landed on Mumbai, I took a cab to my dorm, where I will be staying. I asked the warden about my room and she told me to go to third floor and then right, room no 310.As soon as I reached my room, I called my granny "Granny, how are you? are you ok? Do you want me to come back? ", she just sighed from the other side with so done voice " Alia, it's not even a day, you went there and you want to come back, don't worry about me, I'm absolutely fine and take rest and call me later. I'm a little busy", "but granny.... " before I could complete, she ended the call. I started unpacking my luggage, when I heard someone coming to the room, a girl with beautiful eyes and dark skin tone and another girl with brown hair with fair and olive skin tone came to the room. The brown hair girl spoke up " so you are our roommate? , Hi, my name is Elina", I just ignored her and continued the work I was doing. "Hey, are you deaf? I'm speaking to you? ", she said while was burning in anger. I rolled my eyes and got up. What does she need from me, why is she approaching to talk to me? doesn't she have any work?. I hate it when someone just don't mind their business . I walked out of the door without saying anything to them, I don't want to talk to anyone, I just need some fresh air but i didn't know any place nearby so i just walked around near my dorm.

I was so lost in wandering around that I didn't realize but it's already 7 pm. Screw me, I had to call granny, I rush back to my room. Where three girls are already sitting there staring at me. I didn't pay attention to them and walk to my bed and the girl before with brown hair spoke up again, why the hell can't she just shut her mouth? "Do you think you are some vip, if you want to stay here, be nice to everyone.Did no one teach you how to talk? ", I need to be calm , I can't lose my control, I came out of my thought when my phone started ringing and without even looking at it I know it's my granny, it's because there's no one else who would call me. I picked it up and before I could speak granny started "Alia, did you eat? sorry I was little busy that time so I had to cut your call. ", " No granny, I will have dinner after sometime. Did you take your medicines. Is bruno missing me? "I asked with a sad voice, " Alia how many times I have to repeat it, don't worry about me, I will take care of everything here. You just focus on your studies and enjoy your time there and bruno is not at all missing you, so don't think of coming back", I nodded and after talking for five minutes I had to cut the call to go and have my dinner. As soon as cut the call again the brown haired girl spoke, "so you can speak, I will forgive you for being rude before as you are not bad in heart. ", what does she mean by she will forgive me and how can she say I'm not bad, did she peak into my heart. " I didn't apologize to you for your forgiveness " I stated and walked out, and like before she was burning with anger.

I didn't eat much, I don't know how can someone eat that, it tastes so bad. I just came back to my room, my stomach is growling, I'm so hungry, again the brown haired girl comes to me and offers me some snacks" here, have it I know you didn't eat much, and how much I can see your stomach wouldn't let you sleep if you don't eat", it's the first time someone is being nice to me except my grandma, does she want something from me in return, "don't worry I won't ask you anything in return, ya you can be my friend. ", she stated with a smile. I looked at her, I didn't want to take the snacks, but I had no other choice so I took it and replied to her " thank you, but are you sure you don't need anything in return", she comes and sat beside me " ya nothing, except your friendship. lets be friends", she states by showing her hands towards me to shake it. I hesitantly shook her hand and gave her a small smile. Really I made a friend,it's the first time someone approached me to be their friend and I accepted it and at what cost, just for snacks. She further states "you can call me Ely, by the way what is your name. You didn't reply me before", " Alia" I say while my mouth was filled with snacks. She instantly hugs me "I like you, hope we will be best friends", I come out of her hug by pushing her lightly and give her a smile. What was that,I don't like physical touch and no one ever could touch me. I rarely let my granny hug me. How can she hug someone she know just some hours ago. She then goes back to her bed. I look at her with amusement but ahe gave me a big smile "goodnight bestie", I just ignore her, Is she crazy? or maybe everyone is like that and I'm crazy. I let the thoughts pass by and go to sleep.
