Chapter 2: Ashton's Point of View

Ashton: "Mate! Mate!" my wolf screams. I look around with haste and that's when I saw her, looking at some strawberries in the produce section. She looked about 17 and she had long brown hair that faded to blonde toward the end that she wore in a ponytail with a few strands loose to frame her face, which even without makeup was just glowing with beauty. She had hazel eyes and soft, pink lips. She wore a grey long sleeve off the shoulder t shirt, she hid her toned legs with a pair of sky blue jeans and she wore a pair of white tennis shoes. I stood just a few feet away near the watermelons, mesmerized by this woman and I knew then that with her by my side everything in my life would be completely perfect. Then I got to thinking, what is she doing in the human world? Whose pack is she in? Does she even know about my hidden world?
I followed her from afar, learned about her life and her routine, and just watched over her to keep her safe because weather she knows it yet or not, my whole world now revolves around her. After a week and a half, I finally approached her at the coffee shop she visits everyday and asked if I could sit with her, she simply nodded. With weak knees and some butterflies in my stomach, I sat down and introduced myself as Ashton Miller, she politely responded with her name: Sofia Davis.
I couldn't help but to think that her parents had chosen the most fitting name for their beautiful daughter. We sat and made some small talk, I could smell that she was uneasy and I was trying not to make a fool of myself. I really want to impress her, so that in a few years I would be able to settle down with my mate and we could live the rest of our lives in pure bliss.
The first big step tho is to tell her what I am and a about a whole other world that she doesn't know she belongs in. A world that will welcome her in with open arms and treat her like family. A world with werewolves.
