Fall 1985
After keeping busy for a couple of years with their last incredibly successful adventure, Joe and John were just now starting to relax and get back into somewhat of a familiar pattern with their lives. John had resumed being a father to his three children. After John’s wife had been killed eight years ago while crossing railroad tracks in her car, he was the sole parent. The lights were not blinking when she began to cross, so she proceeded without stopping or looking, assuming there would be no train.
