Chapter 6
The Library
After a huge breakfast at Waffle House, John and Joe planned their next stop at the library. Where better to obtain local information? They found the Harmon Library on S. 5th Avenue and went inside. The Librarian immediately asked them if she might be of assistance.
"We're on a quest to..." Joe began to explain but was immediately cut off by the librarian.
"I’ll bet I know what you are looking for... the Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine," she interrupted.
John and Joe laughed out loud. "You’ve been asked about that before?”
"Once or twice," she answered with a little wink.
She directed them to an entire section dedicated to everything Dutchman. Of course, they had something that nobody else had: A real map. At least, maybe, it was real. At least it looked real, as Joh
