Chapter Thirty-Three “What ever shall I bring you next time?” Ash asked. “I feel like I’ve played my biggest trump card already.” She looked at Gloria over the rim of a steaming mug of coffee. Gloria was only wearing a robe, which she hadn’t bothered to close properly. She leaned against the kitchen counter and fixed her gaze right back on Ash. “You strike me as very resourceful. I’m sure you’ll figure something out.” She grinned and Ash could tell it was one of those involuntary grins that were impossible to hold back, no matter how hard you tried.
