“Lycan Rasmus sent for you,” A maid showed up in the living room and said.
Her words came as a surprise to me. For the longest time, Lycan Rasmus hadn’t sent for me. Even though things hadn’t been going so well between us, I always believed that someday, we’d talk about it.
I was watching my favorite show before the maid showed up, and I didn’t mind ditching it just to go see Lycan Rasmus. It had been two weeks since he last treated me like he used to.
“Where is he?”
“He sent for Beta Kierra,” the maid replied.
“He’s in his room,” she added.
“Beta Kierra, Lycan Rasmus sent for you, and he’s in his room.”
Those should have been her words. I was excited when she said those words. I thought Lycan Rasmus wanted to see me. It didn’t occur to me that he might want to see Beta
