I focus on the scene before me, deciding what would be the best action for me to take. I want to help defeat Claudia, not get in the way of the others doing just that. My whole body hums with an excitement it has never felt before, the adrenaline pumping through my veins so powerfully that I am shaking. Taking a few deep breaths, I prepare myself to fight, hoping that my new speed and strength will be enough to keep me alive. I begin running with a new sense of determination; this is my fight and I plan on winning it. However, I don’t get far before I hear Jacob screaming my name.
